Ahh big deal truthfully what flows through our veins doesn't make us better then the other It's what we do In our lives that do.
Also I don't live the gusho life Dx, I mean our language just has so many different version's, like In spanish there Is so many different version as well (Mexican, Portuguese, even Italian Is similar) In Romani It's kinda the same (Muchawaya, Kaldarash) and I'm sure there Is a few more..
And by the way Dx If I live the gusho life or not I will never be able to understand 100% of THAT version of Romani.

Well 50lbs In 20 days isn't possible, but 50lbs In 5 months Is..It will take time but It's worth It.
Do you count calories? that Is the second most important thing on a diet Is to count calories, It's simple just look on the label and look where It says calories don't worry about "Fat" calories It's the other one you need to count, and to be really effective on a diet and reach 10lbs a month you need to quit soda's,chocolate,candy & white bread.
The most Important thing on a diet Is HIT THE GYM not for lifting weights but for cardio, once you sign up with a gym they usually give you 2-3 free training sessions with a trainer and he..or she will show you all the cardio machines and get you going, your gonna want to be burning at least 300 calories starting and work your way up to 500 a day and the cool part Is It only takes about 30mins.
I'm not gonna lie I actually wanna start training people..only If I was In Florida..I would love to be your trainer.

Motivation Is Key. Maybe you have a guy you like? I mean I'm not sure how he wouldn't of noticed you before but I'm sure he would If you start getting fit. To me nothing Is hotter then a chick who hits the gym.
And Sandra Marks Is kinda gross.. And so Is Paris Hilton.. There Is always a perfect middle ;)

I did many many things to try to loose weight this month I joined a gym, 2 hours straight on a cardo machine then 40 mins of weight lifting I did dancing/ salsa classes I played batminton (its like tennis but the ball has feathers so we call it quiddich lol) I only ate once a day , walked with lil old ladys around a lake.. lol after 2 weeks of that I only lost 3 pounds (minus the lake thing tho) then I switch to the atkins and the rest of the 2 weeks i lost 7 pounds
It's not as easy to loose weight as it used to be for me (I think its cuz I'm old lol) Life was always easier for me for some reason when I was skinner, I would get eevya stuff without haveing to lie or anything, gashei would trip over themself to help me with stuff.Plus I just liked myself better lol clothes were cheeper I was healthier. It was fun LIFE was fun
I miss being skinny lol

If you really only ate once a day that Is why you didn't lose any weight, cause your body went on lock down and instead of losing fat you lost muscle, and don't weigh once a week weigh every 30 days.
and metabolism might have a roll In It, but your not old so idk?
The first month or 2 might be hard but you will do It.
Also It's a pretty cool knowing that you wanna change, And If I ever do go visit Florida again..I think..I know we would have fun ;)

but me being a former state ranked wrestler in my high school days (watching your weight is EXTREMELY important) I can say that mike for the most part is right... You need to eat more then once a day... especially if your working out to lose weight... but you should anyway... If you don't eat your body basically eats its own muscles for nutrients... You don't want to lose your muscle...

you said it in an eaier post about what you look like,also you don't know Mike to laugh at jokes towards him (if it was I don't know) also Mike is good looking and built he has pictures that are linked from his profile proving so.I know I seem a bit rude but I don't like ppl bad mothing my friends..

I would like to apologize for what I said... I was an idiot and jumped to conclusions... I really am sorry... Sometimes I have a bad habit of jumping to conclusions and I hope next time I'm in a situation like that I can sit back and let things play out a little more before I jump to conclusions...
Oh and as said to crazy in a pm...
90% of PRs in the bronx are mulatto... meaning they have black blood mixed in with them... There are plenty of PR outside NY that dont have black blood mixed in...
